When you're ordering a product with a No Drill Blinds Headrail, getting an accurate width measurement is more important than ever due to the tension device that holds the product in place. But don't worry, it's as easy as the three simple steps below. You'll be up and running in no time!
- Start by measuring the width across the inside of your window frame in three locations - the top, middle, and bottom of your window.
- Compare the three measurements made in step 1 and look for variance. If the difference between the smallest and largest measurements exceeds 1/4", then the No Drill Blinds Headrail may not fit properly in your window. If your measurements are consistent, great! Proceed to step 3.
- Take the measurement that you received across the top of your window, and if you got a 1/16" or 1/32" increment, round down to the nearest 1/8". (For example, if the measurement is 24 9/16", round down to 24 1/2". If it's 24 3/8", no need to round down.)
