Deductions may vary +/- 1/8". Do not account for factory deductions when measuring for your shade. Deduction information detailed in the table below.
Since this is a natural product, colors may vary slightly from dye lot to dye lot. (Seasons can change the color of the reeds, grasses, etc.) If ordering for an entire room, we recommend ordering all of your shades at the same time to ensure they all come from the same dye lot.
Woven wood materials are not inherently private and may allow visibility through them depending on lighting conditions.
If a liner option is available, adding a liner can improve privacy and help protect the natural material from fraying over time. Liner color may be visible from the street.

Deductions may vary +/- 1/8". Do not account for factory deductions when measuring for your shade. Deduction information detailed in the table below.
Due to the natural characteristics of the product, there may be a 3/8"-1/2" variance on height.
Order will include two handles at no additional charge that can be drilled directly into the headrail to assist with operation. Handles are not required to operate the shade.
Due to manufacturing requirements for this product, staples will be visible from the headrail.
Side mounting is not available for this product.
A built-in 6" valance comes standard.

Inside Mount Instructions

Measuring the width

With the tape measure, find the exact width (left to right) of the inside edge of the window frame in three places (top, middle, and bottom). Choose the smallest of these measurements.
If you get a 1/16” or 1/32” increment, round down to the nearest 1/8”. (For example, if the smallest measurement is 24 9/16", round down to 24 1/2". If it's 24 3/8", no need to round down.)
This will be the width you order.

Measuring the height

With the steel tape measure, find the height (top to bottom) of the window frame in three places (top left, center, and top right down to the window sill). Choose the largest of these measurements.
If you get a 1/16” or 1/32” increment, round up to the nearest 1/8”. (For Example, If the largest measurement is 24 9/16", round up to 24 5/8". If it's 24 1/2", no need to round up.)
This will be the height you order.

Outside Mount Instructions

An outside mount is a great choice for better light coverage, since it fully covers the window and frame. To get the right fit, you’ll need to account for a few extra measurements when placing your order. We’ll custom make your shade to the exact dimensions you provide—no automatic additions are made.

Flat Surface Requirements
