Good to Know

The back of the shade will be white or neutral depending on the fabric selected.
Continuous Cord Loop above 32" in height comes with a plastic bead chain and tensioner. Shades shorter than 32" in height require a metal chain.
The safety device is required by law and must be applied on chain loops and prevents free-hanging loops in operating chains. Install the safety device at the maximum distance possible from the control mechanism to prevent slack in the loop.
Cassette will be color-coordinated based on fabric chosen.
Bottom rail will be fabric wrapped and color coordinated based on fabric chosen.

Motorization

Remote Motorization

The 15-channel remote can power up to fifteen (15) individual window treatments. Motorization lift system upgrade does not include remote. At least one remote is needed per order.
Motorized options are powered by rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, which will be shipped at or below 30% charge for safety. Fully charge your shades before use for optimal performance.
Battery charge will last ~6-9 months based on an average-sized shade raised and lowered once a day. Battery can be recharged up to 500 times. It takes approximately 4-6 hours to recharge the motor when fully depleted.
The battery uses a 5 volt charger, which requires a standard power outlet to recharge the battery. Kit includes both magnetic and standard charging cables, the charger is white and comes with a 120” wire.
Motorized products installed in windows with metal casings may have a reduced radio frequency range, or may not operate at all, depending on the application.
Upper and lower limits come preprogrammed. Remotes do not come preprogrammed, refer to the installation guide on how to program your remote to your liking.

Inside Mount Instructions

Measuring the width

The width measurement is taken from the inside edge of the window frame at the top.
If you are getting a 1/16” or 1/32” increment, round down to the nearest 1/8”. (For example, if the smallest measurement is 24 9/16", round down to 24 1/2". If it's 24 3/8", no need to round down.)
This will be the width you order.

Measuring the height

The height measurement is taken from the window frame in three places (top left, center, and top right down to the window sill).
Record the largest height out of the 3 measurements up to the nearest 1/8”.
If you are getting a 1/16” or 1/32” increment, round up to the nearest 1/8”. (For Example, If the largest measurement is 24 9/16", round up to 24 5/8". If it's 24 1/2", no need to round up.)
This will be the height you order.

Outside Mount Instructions

An outside mount is a great choice for better light coverage, since it fully covers the window and frame. To get the right fit, you’ll need to account for a few extra measurements when placing your order. We’ll custom make your shade to the exact dimensions you provide—no automatic additions are made.

Flat Surface Requirements

Start by choosing where you’d like to mount your shade. You’ll need at least 1-2½” of flat mounting space. For more details, check the product page and review the “Specifications” tab.
