Good to Know

The safety device is required by law and must be applied on chain loops and prevents free-hanging loops in operating chains. Install the safety device at the maximum distance possible from the control mechanism to prevent slack in the loop.
Cassette and bottom rail are color-coordinated to best match the fabric slats, match may not be exact.
Product can only be mounted to the top or rear of window casing. Side mounts not available.
Motorized options are powered by rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, which will be shipped at or below 30% charge for safety. Fully charge your shades before use for optimal performance.

Motorized Wand

Wand control Micro USB cable plugs into the top of the headrail for easy operation. The backside of wand has a Micro USB charge port for easy access to charge your shade. The shade is functional while in charging mode.
Rechargeable Motorized Wand includes rechargeable motor battery, 10' USB cable charger and charging brick.
Battery charge will last 3-6 months. Battery can be recharged up to 500 times. It takes approximately 7 hours to recharge the motor when fully depleted.
Wand color available in White only. Wand length is based on height of shade:

Inside Mount Instructions

Measuring the width

The width measurement is found by measuring the inside of the window frame in three locations – the top, middle, and bottom. Choose the smallest of these measurements.
If you get a 1/16" or 1/32" increment, round down to the nearest 1/8". (For example, if the smallest measurement is 24 9/16", round down to 24 1/2". If it's 24 3/8", no need to round down.)
And that’s it! That’s the width measurement you’ll use when placing your order for sheer shades.

Measuring the height

The height measurement is found by measuring the inside of the window frame in three locations – the top left, center, and the top right. Choose the largest of these measurements.
If you get a 1/16" or 1/32" increment, round up to the nearest 1/8". (For example, if the largest measurement is 24 9/16", round up to 24 5/8". If it's 24 1/2", no need to round up.)

Outside Mount Instructions

An outside mount is a great choice for better light coverage, since it fully covers the window and frame. To get the right fit, you’ll need to account for a few extra measurements when placing your order. We’ll custom make your shade to the exact dimensions you provide—no automatic additions are made.

Flat Surface Requirements

Start by choosing where you’d like to mount your shade. You’ll need at least 1-2½” of flat mounting space. For more details, check the product page and review the “Specifications” tab.
