Need To Make a Change to Your Order?

It's easy! We know it's not unusual to change your mind about a color, realize you made a mistake measuring a window, or decided you really can't live without that upgrade to new motorized window treatments. We get it. That's why we typically wait 24 hours before sending an order to our production facility. That gives you time to sleep on it and review your order in case you need to make any last minute changes. This 24-hour review period applies to most products with standard production times of 4-7 business days. (Please note, though, that orders for or containing products that take three (3) business days or less to make go straight into production and cannot be changed or adjusted. Sorry.)
