It’s our goal to make your custom made blinds and shades as quickly as possible. That’s why SelectBlinds.com is happy to offer several products that can be made in three (3) business days or less.
“Made in 3 business days or less” means that’s the time it takes at our production facility to actually make your blind or shade once your order is received at the factory. Production times for products made in 1, 2, or 3 business days (Monday – Friday) do not include shipping and delivery time. Typical production schedules for applicable products are as follows:

As orders for these products are sent directly to our production facility, they are not eligible for our standard 24-hour review period and cannot be changed or cancelled. If you enter any notes or questions on an order for applicable products, your order will be held until we’ve addressed and answered them for you (we want to get it right!), so production may be delayed.
Orders of applicable products for quantities of 25 or more may require longer production times. During holidays, an additional two (2) business days or more may be added to production times. Also, 1, 2, or 3-day production times may not apply during special sales promotions such as Buy 3 Get 1 Free.
Delivery in 5 Days Disclaimer
After placing an order, it is automatically held for 24 hours to allow you to make changes before going into production. Orders typically take 4 to 5 business days for production. Please allow an additional 4 to 5 business days for delivery. Please see chart below for schedule. The SelectBlinds.com F.I.T. Guarantee gives you the confidence to measure your own custom window coverings without worrying about making a mistake. If you do have a measuring mishap, we will remake that product to your corrected size specifications at no cost to you, other than a small $10 shipping fee. The only time you may incur a remake charge is if there is a difference in price between the original product and the remake.
The F.I.T. Guarantee applies only to necessary remakes of a product due to customer error in measurements (i.e., incorrect/wrong size window measurements provided by customer on order) and/or customer selection of wrong mount type resulting in product that is made to wrong size.
Product remakes will be made with customer’s corrected measurements and/or mount type applied to the original product ordered only. Product(s) will be remade in same style, color, features, etc., per original order.
Requests for product remakes under guarantee must be made within 30 days of delivery date of original product to customer.
Remakes under this guarantee are limited to a total of five (5) window coverings per household per customer lifetime whether for same or different product(s). Any mis-measure remakes after the first five will be made at customer cost for the price of the original order, including any discounts, plus an additional 10% off.
Any product ordered outside recommended product sizes per specifications on our product pages is not covered.
Bulk orders of 25 or more of the same product are not covered under this guarantee.
Guarantee excludes motorized products and shutters.

We want to make sure you’re confident and happy with your order. To ensure you don’t experience any buyer’s remorse, we allow customers a 24-hour review period after your order is placed before sending it on to our production facility. This gives you time to correct any “oops!” or make any last-minute changes to your order. (If you wish to bypass the 24-hour review period and have your order sent directly into production, just click the “Bypass Review” button when you receive your order confirmation email.)
Changes within the standard 24-hour review period can be submitted by email via our How to Make Changes to an Order or Contact pages. You can also call Customer Care at 888-257-1840, and one of our team members will be happy to adjust your order for you.
This policy applies to products with standard production times. Most of our custom window blinds and shades are made in as few as 4-7 business days after an order is sent to our production facility. (Check the Production & Shipping tab on our product pages for your product’s production time.) Unfortunately, orders for or that include products with 1-3 day production times, as well as any orders requesting expedited shipping, cannot be changed.
If your order is for a product with a 1-3 day production time and it is absolutely necessary to adjust it, we can attempt to do so before it is shipped from the production facility. If we can do so in time, you would be charged a restocking fee of less than the original amount of the order.
Order Handling Fee
What is the order handling fee? This fee is applied to every order, no matter the quantity. It allows us to absorb the escalating costs of manufacturing many of our custom-made window coverings here in the USA and helps us maintain free shipping on all our products.

SelectBlinds.com may receive personal information about the user that’s in accordance with the terms and conditions of the social networking site. We will collect your first/last name and email credentials only, and use this information to verify your identity during account setup. You may also have the ability to modify your Facebook privacy settings to control what is shared through the app.
Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.

We send all new members a welcoming email to verify password and username. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. The only way to be sure you’re ordering the exact color you want is to order samples first. Product colors are reproduced and represented on selectblinds.com to the best of our capabilities; however, different resolutions on different monitors and screens can dramatically affect the color you see. This applies to both fabric and wood products. (Please note that due to the variances in a wood's natural color, grain, etc., we cannot ensure the exact color of stained wood blinds.)
Because they may come from different dye lots, sample colors may also vary slightly from the color of the blinds you receive. To ensure the finished product comes from the same dye lot and matches the color you sampled, we recommend ordering products within 30 days of sampling. And if it’s been a month or more since you received your samples, it’s a good idea to re-order them just to be on the safe side when you’re ready to place your order. If ordering multiple blinds, we strongly recommend that you order all of them at the same time to ensure they come from the same dye lot and match one another.
You may order up to 15 free samples at one time. Samples are shipped to you free the next business day via standard ground (usually delivered in 3-5 business days). Samples may be shipped overnight for $5, and will be delivered the next business day. Cutoff for sample orders sent overnight delivery is 12 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Overnight sample orders placed after 12 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on Friday will ship the following business day. No sample orders will be shipped on weekends.
When you sample, you never have to miss out on a sale, either. Select Blinds will honor our best promotional offer (including major holiday sales) and apply it to any product order you place within 30 days from requesting samples.
