Here at SelectBlinds.com, we want to make the returns process as easy and pain free as possible. We strive to provide 100% satisfaction on every customized order, but we understand that sometimes there are measuring mistakes. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your product within 90 days for up to a full credit towards a new purchase. This policy covers orders up to $1,000 per customer and household only. Shutters are not eligible for returns.
Keep in mind that the customer is responsible for the cost of the shipping on the new order. Because shipping costs can be very expensive, we allow you to take advantage of our shipping discounts by charging a flat rate per blind/shade based on size, weight, and type of product to make it easy!

And because they’re free, what do you have to lose? Get your order right the first time with free samples.
