The insulation offered by cellular shades like Luxe Modern Room Darkening Skylight help soften outdoor noise, as well as protect furniture, walls, and floor coverings from fading and discoloration. Keeps heat inside during the winter, too.

You can operate these retractable energy-efficient skylight shades manually, or with an optional remote control/motorized or automated upgrade. The manual option also allows for horizontal installation at 0% slope if you prefer, and comes with either a telescoping 5-10 foot extension pole available for easy operation without a ladder. For motorized horizontal installation, you’ll need a 5% slope. Fabric-wrapped rails in the color of your selection along with white end caps come standard with the manual version. Motorized comes standard with white rails.

The standard rails can be upgraded to a classic, metallic finish for the rails (with matching end caps), in either nickel or oil-rubbed bronze. Side tracks and hardware for the motorized version comes in complementary white, as do the headrail and bottom rail.

This skylight covering is easily installed on vertical, sloped and horizontal skylight windows, and can open from the top or bottom. Want to let some morning light in? Got you covered. Cannot mount horizontally. Must have at least a 5% slope in order to operate correctly.

Motorization upgrade comes standard with one 14-channel remote, including one 3V battery, that can power up to fourteen (14) individual window treatments.

Only available with top stack.

Overjoyed with my 2 new blinds. Living in South Florida having the ability to block the sun during the summer is essential. For 2 summers we simply took Styrofoam and taped it to block the sun! We blocked the sun's heat, but also the light! No more, thank God!

I am so pleased we purchased these blinds for two skylights in my craft room. I like having them open when I'm in the room, but now I can close them when I'm done in that room. I have lots of fabric and photos in there that can be damaged quickly from. Sunlight.

I absolutely love my skylight blinds! We purchased 7, and they are great! The only thing I would have changed is the side rails brown instead of white. The top and bottoms are brown, but the sides are white. I had no idea that they would be white. It stands out on my log cabin and looks funny. Also, I wanted the motorized blinds, but the price was way more than I could afford.
