They are lacking detail that can sava a lot of frustration. The screws supplied all stripped out. Too cheap.The support brace is not at the same depth as the side mount pieces. That would of be good info to have.After I got done blind would not go down. Again no insructions on how to fix. I luckily went to your site and found the trouble shooting guide.
