Yes  No Beautiful Blinds by Laurie N from Sterling Heights, MI Overall Rating: Appearance: Construction: Installation: Value: I started to order on line and had so many questions so I called the customer service number and spoke to a very nice man who not only answered all my questions but took my order right over the phone. They arrived on the day I was told, very easy to install, perfect color and size. I love them. My husband's only complaint is that the white plastic weight at the bottom of the blinds shows when the blinds are open. He thinks that should be covered with material all the way around. The only other thing that I was a little unhappy about was that they were 7 inches above the standard size so I had to pay an oversized fee that was quite expensive. I was actually going to by 2 sets of door blinds but could only do one because of the oversize prize. All and all we are very happy and love the way they look and the quality.
