I am not at all satisfied with my blinds. I sent an e-mail 3 weeks ago informing SB that the blinds would not stay up because a part was missing. A few days later I received and e-mail informing me that they would send the part. That was on November 17th and I have yet to receive the part. I would like to receive the part or a replacement blind.

I had the blinds installed by someone referred to me by you and he came by, on the same day I called. The blinds look great. I was nervous the wood would look different than the sample, but it didn't. I clicked the link on your site for contractors and found a few different ones immediately. The first one I called, didn't install blinds, but gave me three other contractors that did.

| Hi I am interested in purchasing vertical blinds 991/2width and 49 1/8 lenght in the oak express faux wood. THe shipping for this is $70.00 almost as much as the blinds. This there any possible way for that to be any cheaper? If you look at the orders I have ordered a lot of blinds and still need to order 6 more but I do not want to pay that high shipping fee. | The honeycomb blinds that I purchased were difficult to install. It took us an entire day to install four blinds. They just would not snap into the brackets. |

| I ordered the 2" American Hardwood blinds in Lite Walnut for my entire home. The wood color was perfect and very true to the sample. The quality of the wood exceeded my expectations. I am so very impressed with every aspect of this company. The samples arrived quickly and were exactly what the product ended up looking like. The blinds were manufactured beautifully and function perfectly. Installation was flawless and easy and delivery was exactly on schedule. The little white strings are a bit anoying to have to glue up in place but that is minor annoyance. The cost is the most amazing aspect. I was quoted $2100 to have the same quality product installed that I got from Selectblinds for $350. Now that is what I call a savings. Thank you and I am sure i will be shopping with you again.

| Order was placed on a Friday ---I was promised 1 day production...7 days later I had to Email them... I never heard back...today i received an email saying they shipped it.... Not a word about the delay and although I sent an Email specific about the prouction they didnt respond. The order will be here in 4 more days. Thats false advertisement. |

| Purchased verticals - measured exactly as per instructions - they are 1/8" too long which on inside mounts does not allow them to open or close or hang right. Called and was told that it was my error- the end.Tried to reach Sean Audrey, sr. supervisor several times to see if they would cut them and no return call. The company operator advised it can be 1/8" either way but if it is 1/8" longer - it does not fit inside so therefore they should cut them at no charge - would not recommend this site - terrible customer service - not even courtesy of reply. |
