These shades were excellent in every way. I loved the free samples. They arrived ahead of schedule, they look great, were super easy to install, and the price was right especially since I had a coupon (I don't buy anything without a coupon or sale!). I want to buy more for other rooms in our house.

I oredered these roller shades for a west facing sunroom with floor to ceiling windows. The blinds look good and do a great job keeping the room cooler - some 20 degress cooler than before. Only problem was that they were just a bit too wide and had to be forced into the inside mount brackets. Next time I'll order them 1/8 inch smaller than the opening.
I bought roller shades and it looks okay. There's an 1/2 inch gap all around which I don't like since someone can peek through the gap. So now I have to spend money on fabric or some kind of window treatment to cover up the gap.
The "tension" in one of my roller shades "broke". When I pull on the roller shade, it does not roll up. I called customer service a week ago and have yet to recieve an email or a phone call about it. (I was supposed to get an email back since the warehouse was closed at that moment.) I had to explain it to the customer service rep 3 times and had to answer the same question. (Of course, that could have been due to not describing the problem correctly.)
