I am very pleased with the product and color. Haven't yet installed but it looks easy enough.
They were cut unevenly and the fringe was raveled. You were very good about the return. Great customer service.
The variety of sizes and styles are great! The products are quality items.
This shade does an excellent job of completely blocking light in our bedroom, they took two seconds to install, and look as nice as a roller shade can look. The cordless mechanism works very well. Be sure to carefully review the shipping information, as it's a little confusing. It took about three weeks to get these.
They are a little bit awkward to operate because of the child safety features (have to pull up on the pull cord locking mechanism, so not the best for my place which is a rental (since people could be new to this mechanism), but for anyone who is using it in their house, and don't expect to have them used by someone different everyday, they are easy to learn how to use. The do a decent job of blocking light, but best if roller goes all the way left to right to help with that.
