Samples came very fast. Picked out color and blinds the same day; blinds arrived in about 7 days. Each unit was labeled with the room it was for (this was great!). Each was cut perfectly and fit every window. Quality was as expected. I would recommend to anyone.

We ordered these blinds for almost every room of the house. The only thing frustrating about them is with the no-holes privacy the slats can fall out if you drop the blind (hopefully you wouldn't do this like we did!). And, the tassels on the pull cords are plastic and not the faux wood material. Overall, they operate so smoothly, look great, and were a cinch to install!
