I ordered over $3k in blinds from this company. Initially super satisfied, the website is easy to navigate, the samples were super helpful and arrived quickly, measuring instructions were simple to follow. But...........when the blinds arrived, EIGHT of the eleven that I ordered were missing parts. EIGHT. Not even the little extra pieces - essential pieces for installation. Tried calling the company - to only be able to leave a message. Used the text feature - which was a terrible experience. The rep took upwards of 10 minutes to respond to messages (I took screenshots). When I discovered more missing parts after delaying installation another week, I found more missing pieces. I've been on the phone with a rep for over 45 minutes now. This set doesn't have ANY of the pieces shown in the directions. She asked me to text pictures (which I did) and she is going to show them to the manufacturer and they will determine if I have the right pieces and send me what is missing. WH**??!! Seriously. And who knows when these will arrive. I've now had these blinds for almost a month and have not been able to install them. Buyer - and installer - beware!
