We recently moved into a new home that has a lot of windows that get sun exposure during the day and that didn't have blinds on them. We got quotes from several places to do the blinds but we were going to pay a fortune for just getting basic hand pull down shades. I found select blinds online and found their website to be super easy to navigate. That said, I had questions around my order since I wanted automated blinds and I wanted rooms to be controlled differently with the remotes. So I called and expected to be on hold for an hour and instead someone picked up in less than a minute. They were super helpful and solved all of my questions. The blinds arrived faster than they said they would, installation was a breeze, setting up the automation and pairing it with Alexa was a breeze, and they look amazing. We were able to get fully automated blinds for less than what the local installers wanted for self pull down blinds. I had to call them 3 other times for questions I had around the automation and install and each time they picked up in less than a minute, walked me through everything, and followed up to make sure I was all set. I have been a CFO for over 20 years, so customer support/success has always reported to me. I am a big believer that customer success should be the best run part of a company and it should be an extension of your company values, fully transparent to the customer. I absolutely love how this company is run from that standpoint. They have been a dream to work with.
