I had a window with Roman Shades that incurred a broken pull cord and was no long usable. I needed shades that would match the color of the old shades. Luckily Select Blinds had the perfect color. I tried to order them on-line but the weg site wouldn't let me complete the purchase, so I called in the order.The representative was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I gave her the information, and when we got to the width measurement I told her "30 inches". She told me that the actual blinds would be made to 29 1/2 inches, to ensure it would fit in the width of the window. I told her that I'd already considered the width, and needed exactly 30 inches. The ordering process was quick and efficient The shades arrive about 10 days later and they were perfect - right color, righ size, right material, and well packed. Upon unpacking them, you need to unwrap the cord so you can let the shades drop to their full length. The mounting was easy; I held the mounting board to the exact center of the top of the window frame and used a drill/driver to screw it in. Then I used my level to ensure the mounting board was perfectly straight across the top of the window frame and used the drill/driver to insert screws at both end of the board. Works like a charm. Great quality great service, and very resonable price. Recommend.
