Recommendations Deductions may vary +/- 1/8". Do not account for factory deductions when measuring for your shade. Deduction information detailed in the table below. Fabric color may vary between dye lots. To ensure consistency, order all shades for the same room at the same time. Pleat sizes may vary when ordering multiple shades of different heights. To ensure uniformity, order all shades at the longest length needed and with the same lift system. Fabric-wrapped headrails are exclusive to the Cordless lift. Continuous Cord Loop and Motorized lift options have metal headrails with fabric attached to the front only. The 6" valance upgrade positions fabric behind the headrail, closer to the wall, fully covering the headrail. Only Outside Mount shades ordered with a 6" valance will include valance returns. Cordless shades without a 6" valance include a mini-valance on the back to conceal the mechanism. If no valance is selected, fabric falls over the top of the headrail (waterfall style) and may sit 2+ inches from the wall on outside mounts. To minimize light gaps, add 4+ inches to the width of outside-mounted shades. The mini-valance color matches the liner or, if no liner is chosen, the shade color. Blackout liner is standard in ivory, and both standard and blackout liners are visible from the street. Unlined shades will display their natural fabric color from the exterior. Hold down brackets are not available on this product. Material will always cover a portion of your window, even when fully raised. Please call in for considerations. Motorized options are powered by rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, which will be shipped at or below 30% charge for safety. Fully charge your shades before use for optimal performance. IMPORTANT MEASURING TIP: If any No-Drill Blinds option is chosen, take all three standard width measurements (top, middle, bottom) to check for variance, but be sure to input the exact measurement of the top of your window frame into the width field. Compare the three measurements, and if the variance between them exceeds 1/4", No-Drill Blinds may not fit properly. The Click2Fit No-Drill Blinds and Built In No-Drill Blinds options are only available for Inside Mount, and require 2 1/2" of depth to install. They are not recommended for use with PVC or metal window frames. Factory will deduct approximately 5/8" off the width of the Click2Fit No-Drill Blinds headrail, and 1/4" off the width of the Built In No-Drill Blinds headrail. Click2Fit No-Drill Blinds headrail is only available in the color white and will be visible after installation, with or without valance. The Built In No-Drill Blinds headrail is fabric wrapped to match the material of the shade, and is not visible after installation. The locking mechanism on all No-Drill Blinds headrails will be located on the opposite end of the control side selected for Continuous Cord Loop. The locking mechanism will be located on the right side for Cordless and Motorized options. All shades ordered with the Built In No-Drill Blinds headrail will have a small amount of excess fabric on the side of the shade to cover the locking mechanism and minimize light gaps. The safety device is required by law and must be applied on chain loops and prevents free-hanging loops in operating chains. Install the safety device at the maximum distance possible from the control mechanism to prevent slack in the loop. Shades over 59" in width will have vertical seams. Fabric Roman shades may develop wrinkles after installation. Most will smooth out in a few days, or a garment steamer can be used on the back of the shade (avoid direct contact with fabric). Motorization Instructions Rechargeable remote-control Motorization lift system upgrade includes rechargeable motor battery and charger. Battery charge will last up to 6 months based on an average-sized shade raised and lowered twice a day. It takes approximately 4 hours to recharge the motor when fully depleted.
