After all the money spent on these blinds, we received a color that was NOT the same as the sample. I was told we would receive a new blind within a few weeks (they would "rush" it to me). After a month, and after tons of time trying to contact them again, they told me that they never sent a replacement because they sent the correct color. They never bothered to tell me this!
Now they want me to submit a claim and pictures. After doing so, they promptly rejected my claim saying that it was within the dyelot of the sample. The sample was much more green/gray than just blah grey and it matched my bench perfectly. I will never use this vendor again.
