How We Protect & Retain Personal Information

Chat Communications

SelectBlinds uses a third-party to host chat sessions. Transcripts of these chat sessions are recorded and stored by the third-party host and used by SelectBlinds employees solely to help our agents provide the best service possible. These transcripts may be shared with another authorized party for the sole purpose of quality assurance. We also collect information in chat conversations for the purpose of helping customers with any product or order related questions. This information may include, but is not necessarily limited to: name, shipping or billing address, email address, phone number, ip address. We may use various chatbots to improve the overall customer experience. These chatbots may use third-party data and services to process customer information and responses. Your use of our chat session feature indicates your acknowledgement and understanding of this policy and your consent to use the chat system.
