I placed an order for 12 custom blinds for my restaurant and waited a month for them which was not unreasonable. The order total was for almost $4000. When they arrived all 12 blinds were on the packing list but 3 were missing. I reached out to customer service and after an investigation was told the blinds would be made and shipped out 3 weeks from now and last time shipping took a week so now I’m another month out. That is unacceptable. When you screw up an order you break into your production cycle to fix it. Then production of my blinds and the shipping should be expedited.
