Customers please don’t go by the photos they have posted on the transparency/visibility of the blinds as I have a very bad experience of trusting their photos online versus reality. Blinds are almost clear which would be partially ok during day time and clearly visible from outside during night time. I have spent almost $3k for 8 blinds which are custom size and upon requesting the customer care agent to resolve the blinds transparency issue i was told it cannot be returned/replaced as they are custom size. Basically my $3k expense is waste of money. Also I was asked by customer care agent whether i ordered for samples before purchase, I replied, I trusted the quality of blinds based on the photos they had in their website and their website wasn’t mandating to get samples before purchase. So the agent claimed it wasn’t their fault. This is my overall experience with SelectBlinds company. Very disappointed.
