Directions were not clear. Hard to explain problems I was having over the phone. Parts were not labeled on parts list. Also, not really blackout once hung because of open space on end.

Love these blinds. The only thing that was a problem was that there were terrible directions and no videos specific to this type of blind. I was able to figure it out and get them up by just looking at the parts. I did use drywall anchors which were not included.

I am in love with these blinds. They just upscaled the look of my kitchen and living room so much. Compared to the price of anyone else this save me 70% and it was easy to install. Now I wont lie, I was confused as some parts, but I found their YouTube channel and that was just so helpful. They really thought about the customer at every step.
