Received the shade. Put it up. Won't retract. Tried adjusting. No luck. Called to report. Received email for video submission of not working. Sent June 24th. Still nothing. In the meantime, I have a shade that doesn't work!

I love this motorized roller shade. Installation was frustrating because instructions are confusing. Pairing the remote to the motor took all day because remote booklet instructions didn't match the product. Tech support did not return my call. I finally figured it out and it works well.

Great shade for double opening french doors Por 04-05-2020



The process was easy, from measuring to placing order. I recieved the shade and installed it in 15 minutes. I love the motorized feature, I just pull the rod and walk away. Shade adds just enough light in and blocks the shadows at night. I am ecstatic with this shade and will definitely buy more for my other windows!
