Recommendations

Panels are made to order so please ensure your measurements are correct. Check out the measure and install tab to ensure you are measuring correctly.

Hardware not included. Order coordinating curtain rods and rings to complete the look.

Sold as a single panel or pair of panels. If ordered as a pair, you will receive two panels each at the ordered width plus any added fullness.

All orders come standard with 200% fullness. Fullness is extra fabric across the width of the drapery to provide a richer and fuller look, as well as increase light and sound absorption.

Panels ordered wider than 98" will have a vertical seam added.

Essential Collection comes unlined and is not available with liners.

Color of unlined panel will be seen from exterior.

Choose type of liner for your ideal privacy. Optional liner color will be visible from the street. Blackout liner comes standard ivory.

Track feature is only available in white.

Grommet width is 3/2" in diameter. For best results, we recommend hanging from rod 1 1/4” in diameter.

Measure from the top of the rod to the bottom where you would like the drape to end, while also taking into consideration the 1” of fabric above the grommets for grommet drapery. Usual and customary to order length ½” off floor.

Dry-clean only.

If your drapery arrives slightly wrinkled, you can correct that quickly with a garment steamer, being careful to avoid direct contact with the fabric. Most wrinkles will relax and smooth out over the first week.

Fabric color can vary from one dye lot to another. To ensure that all materials are from the same dye lot, please order drapery for the same room at the same time.

Tiebacks come as a set with hardware that attaches to your wall. For grommet drapery, the color of the hardware will match the grommet color selected. For pleated drapery, the hardware will be satin nickel.

Motorization Details

Remote is already programmed to the motorized shade. All that is required is to connect the battery to the motor and your shade is ready to operate.

Rechargeable remote-control Motorization lift system upgrade includes rechargeable motor battery and charger.

Motorization Instructions

Battery charge will last up to 6 months based on an average-sized shade raised and lowered twice a day. It takes approximately 4 hours to recharge the motor when fully depleted.

Remote reaches from approximately 65-80 feet away from shade.
