Recommendations The adhesive provided with this shade is very strong , but not suitable for every wall type. Ensure that the surface is clean, flat, smooth, dry, and in good condition before mounting the product. Avoid attaching the product to peeling paint or surfaces regularly exposed to water. Be advised that once the adhesive has cured, removal of the product can be difficult, and wall and/or window frame damage may occur. Deductions may vary +/- 1/8". Do not account for factory deductions when measuring for your shade. Deduction information detailed in the table below. Adhesive strip adheres to: Aluminum, wood, PVC, vinyl, and painted walls. Clean the mounting surface with a household cleaner before installation. Use the included alcohol wipe for final surface sanitation only. Reaches full strength after 24 hours. Ensure the surface is clean, flat, and dry. Painted surfaces must be in good condition. White aluminum headrail and bottom rail for: Mountain Air, Ivory Haze, Ecru Essence, Ivory Mist, Basic Beige, Rustic Mauve, Harvest Hue, Celeste Blue, Creamy Cloud, Hazy Grey.
