Loved my first order of blinds, gave exact window size and inside mount instruction.
2nd order which is this order came in too wide so unable to install inside, thus the rating.
Sent all the pictures including showing blind length start to end.
Customer service insisted my windows were different size top, middle, bottom in width(they are not.
We installed them outside mount as they do not fit inside and our other blinds are broke. They insisted we return???blinds and work with guarantee warranty.
I have 5 sets of emails of jumping through hoops only to continue to be told its our fault.
70 1/4 inch blinds came aa 69 7/8 size from them. This I know without installing they do not fit inside.
They do not back their product.
Very disappointed I would have purchased another for extra window.
