I absolutely love my blinds. I did my measurements as instructed, but decided to call and make sure I was correct. The customer service agent was so pleasant and helpful. The top down feature is my favorite thing. I have dogs that bark at everything they see out the window. Now that I can block the bottom half of the window, it's a lot less chaotic in my house! I cannot wait to replace the rest of my blinds.
