The back of the product comes white to conform with HOA standards. Due to the size of the bracket, there will be a light gap above the headrail of 3/16" when ordered as an inside mount. To avoid light gaps we recommend ordering as an outside mount. When ordering an outside mount shade with a continuous cord loop, we recommend installing the cord tension cleat slightly to the side of the shade on the wall instead of a straight line along the shade to avoid the cord from hitting the shade during operation. Cordless and Cordless Top Down Bottom Up shades over 59" wide will come with two handles instead of one. To ensure optimal shade durability, headrail is made out of lightweight aluminum and bottom rail is made from steel-weighted aluminum. Headrail, bottom rail, and end caps are color coordinated to color selection. The safety device is required by law and must be applied on chain loops and prevents free-hanging loops in operating chains. Install the safety device at the maximum distance possible from the control mechanism to prevent slack in the loop.
