2 of my blinds are lost. I ordered 4 , status is delivered over a week ago. Chatted with someone 4 days ago, No responses. Trying to chat and text now, but no one is replying. Can’t talk to a live agent. Customer service used to be top notch, but not anymore. I’m missing $300 worth of product and no one cares.
