IMPORTANT MEASURING TIP: If No-Drill Blinds Headrail is chosen, take all three standard width measurements (top, middle, bottom) to check for variance, but be sure to input the exact measurement of the top of your window frame into the width field. Compare the three measurements, and if the variance between them exceeds 1/4", No-Drill Blinds Headrail may not fit properly.

The No-Drill Blinds Headrail option is only available for Inside Mount, and requires 2 1/8" of depth to install. It is not recommended for use with PVC window frames.

Factory will deduct approximately 1/4" off of the No-Drill Blinds Headrail, regardless of lift style.

Deductions may vary +/- 1/8". Do not account for factory deductions when measuring for your shade. Deduction information detailed in the table below.

No-Drill Blinds Headrail is available in color White, Vanilla, Grey, Brown, Black, and will be visible after installation.

The locking mechanism on the No-Drill Blinds Headrail will be located on the right side for each lift style.

The back of the product comes white to conform with HOA standards.

Easy-ish and works great

First of all, follow the instructions on how to measure your windows. It’s really not that hard! We bought our first set of cellular shades without no drill shades and it took awhile to figure out how to line it out. Our second set of cellular shades from Select Blinds we purchased with the no-drill. I couldn’t figure it out (I put it in backwards then had to get a flathead to remove it… so fail) so I recommend watching the video first before attempting. I gave it to my husband and he was able to figure it out pretty quick. It’s been up for a few weeks now and the tension seems pretty good. It looks good. It’s relatively easy to move the shades from both ends. If you want to save yourself the headache of drilling, I recommend getting the no-drill. The extra cost is worth saving yourself a little headache from lining up the brackets exactly correct. I would purchase this again and recommend others to buy it.

Aside from my husband's battle will the drill gun, the test shade we ordered couldn't have been any easier to install. We ended up having to readjust the height of the brackets, but that was because I didn't add any extra length. It still worked out perfectly in the end. The top down/bottom up is great for bathrooms, especially ours, since 2 of our 3 bathroom windows are level with our decks. We already ordered some more to start replacing the corded shades in our bedrooms. Highly recommend. Also, the white is nice- not blindly white but not cream colored either.
