Recommendations IMPORTANT MEASURING TIP: If any No-Drill Blinds option is chosen, take all three standard width measurements (top, middle, bottom) to check for variance, but be sure to input the exact measurement of the top of your window frame into the width field. Compare the three measurements, and if the variance between them exceeds 1/4", No-Drill Blinds may not fit properly. Fabric Content: 80% polyester / 20% flax (linen), blended for easy-care durability with a naturally textured, breathable feel. All No-Drill Blinds headrails iare only available for Inside Mount, and require 2 1/2" of depth to install. It is not recommended for use with PVC window frames. Factory will deduct approximately 5/8” off of all No-Drill Blinds headrails, regardless of lift style. The locking mechanism on all No-Drill Blinds headrails will be located on the opposite end of the control side selected for the Continuous Cord Loop. The locking mechanism will be located on the right side for Cordless and Motorized options. The safety device is required by law and must be applied on chain loops and prevents free-hanging loops in operating chains. Install the safety device at the maximum distance possible from the control mechanism to prevent slack in the loop. Deductions may vary +/- 1/8". Do not account for factory deductions when measuring for your shade. Deduction information detailed in the table below. Always lift and lower cordless products with both hands to avoid unleveling and the need for re-leveling. Liners & cord shroud at the back of the shade are generally a light cream color, which may contrast with darker fabric selections; please consider this when placing your order. Woven Wood shades ordered without the 6" valance upgrade include a discreet mini-valance (~3.5" / 9 cm) attached to the back of the shade, designed to conceal the operating mechanism. Outside mount orders with a valance may arrive with an additional 1/2” to 1" (+/- 1/8") due to valance returns." When any No-Drill Blinds option is ordered, factory will deduct 1/2” off of the width and height of your fabric. All continuous cord loop chains are metal. Since this is a natural product, colors may vary slightly from dye lot to dye lot. (Seasons can change the color of the reeds, grasses, etc.) If ordering for an entire room, we recommend ordering all of your shades at the same time to ensure they all come from the same dye lot. With the edge binding upgrade, there will be a 1" border on each side of the shade. Liner upgrades will come with a pre-selected liner color to coordinate to the chosen fabric, the liner is visible from the street. Adding a liner looks best for these particular fabric type. Material will always cover a portion of your window, even when fully raised. Please call in for considerations. Motorized options are powered by rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, which will be shipped at or below 30% charge for safety. Fully charge your shades before use for optimal performance. All that is required is to connect the battery to the motor and your shade is ready to operate. Rechargeable remote-control Motorization lift system upgrade includes rechargeable motor battery and charger. Motorization limits are preset during production. Motorization Instructions Battery charge will last up to 6 months based on an average-sized shade raised and lowered twice a day. It takes approximately 4 hours to recharge the motor when fully depleted. Remote reaches from approximately 65-80 feet away from shade. At least one remote is needed per order. The 5-channel remote allows you to operate up to 5 shades on a single frequency and the 15-channel remote allows you to operate up to 15 shades on a single frequency.
