I ordered these blinds sometime in February or March of 2021. Loved them. But in March 2022, the power wand stopped working and the blind stopped midway. I charged the wand, and nothing. I reached out to SelectBlinds with the issue on or about March 4th and their response was immediate. After determining it was defective, they ordered a replacement and I received it on or about March 27th, IN LESS THAN 30 DAYS. The produce is great, but their customer service is even better. I am thankful they stand by their product and ensured my purchase was well worth it. I would definitely purchase from SelectBlinds again.
