Ordered 9 blackout shades - received in perfect condition and easy to install- installed all 9 shades in one day. Better quality that the one shade we bought from a Big Box store and MUCH easier to install. This is really important, as we are in a new house and we have 36 windows to cover.

I ordered some blinds years ago for one of our rooms so came back to order some more for the rest of the house. One of the windows is on a weird corner and not standard. I called and asked for suggestions and if it would be possible for us to order an extra long valance to custom cut it. I was told it's totally possible but would have to place the order over the phone and was offered samples to help pick out the style. When we decided on a style I called back and I actually had the same customer service rep. and he had taken notes so he remembered exactly what I needed. It was an excellent customer service experience and the blinds have worked out great so far.

Wanted an edge for the hot sun impact in the cabin with no AC. Delivery was quick, install was a breeze, price was amazing, and they make a big difference in the thermo impact of the sun. Very, very pleased!
