I've been buying honeycomb shades for my rental properties since the dawn of time and this was BY FAR the easiest time ever. And the best price to boot! However, what got me to write a review was the following customer service transaction I just had: my blinds arrived today and I goofed up the measurements so they didn't fit. I called up the rep and they're remaking the order for only $10 per blind! Now that's GREAT service and when a company does something this right I just need to give them their props. I look forward to being a long-time repeat customer--you've earned my business and respect. Kudos!
