Ken was very helpful and patient in helping me to place my order. Upon receipt of the blinds, I found them to be the easiest by far of any of the blinds I have ever installed. The screws were of a good quality, unlike the junk that comes with most blinds. The magnetic valence? Pure genius!! Will definitely be ordering again.
