So a day after my scheduled shipment (meanwhile 9 days before they were in “production” )I get a notification that my blinds are on back order... really?!?! Why did you not say that when they went into “production”. Wonder if I will ever get my blinds!!!!

Thank you for your recent review! We are so sorry for the delay in your shades. Normally when something goes on back order we try to get it out sooner than that date we give.
