Complete dissatisfied
Very poor communication. Order is on back order, then I’m told it’s in production, only to receive an email a few days later stating the order is still on back order. Who know’s which is correct. If you contact customer service, they know very little. They must “contact the facility” to get an update. Not sure how they think this is ok. Much better options to order blinds out there and I’m going to use one of them going forward.

Awful website
Website lets you order shades but then they tell you they are not even available. Ignore your requests and 3 weeks later you receive the wrong shades. Now up to me to get them back to them and hope for a refund. Will never order from them again.

Order elsewhere
Our order was supposed to be delivered over a month ago and we keep getting delays due to back order. Stop running sales if you can’t fulfill the orders and your shipping policy.

Go elsewhere for better service
I have placed a total of 4 orders with Select Blinds. With the first 3 my only issue was that the product was shipped via FedEx Ground which is more incompetent than the Select Blinds Customer Service staff. My 4th order will likely be my last. Select Blinds will send you an email on average 3 days before your order actually ships stating it has shipped. Once it does finally leave their possession they make no guarantees on when or if it will ever be delivered. For some reason part of my 4th order is being delivered to me by some Pilot Delivers company that must use horse drawn wagons to deliver because it is going to take at least 2 weeks from the date they picked up the order until they estimate it will be at my door. Again the product shipped from Texas going to Minneapolis. Select Blinds told me multiple times today that it is not there problem how long a product takes to get delivered even though they are the one that chose the delivery method. Now they are even going to play games with the refund that I will almost certainly have to get from them because it is clear my 4th order will never arrive. If it does I have no faith that it will not be damaged given it has been on a truck for 2 weeks. Do not use Select Blinds if you want your new window coverings in a timely manner.
