I ordered my blinds in July, and the shipping status keeps getting pushed back a week. The reps are only able to give info that I can see with my own eyes, and aren't helpful at all. They keeping saying it'll ship today, and I've heard that 5 times already. Never ordering from them again. I just tried to place a new order to see what would happen and discovered the truth: "Reminder: Due to necessary changes at our manufacturing facilities in response to COVID-19, we are experiencing delays in the production of the following items. Production will resume on 9/21/2021. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.”
