Bad Service
I placed my order almost a month ago because they promised 5 days to make the blinds. When they were ready to ship a week after I ordered, I asked them to delay shipping by two days to make sure I was home to receive the blinds. However they placed a full hold on the order and ran out of the material and now I am still waiting for blinds a month later. Very bad service.

Given the runaround
I ordered my blinds in July, and the shipping status keeps getting pushed back a week. The reps are only able to give info that I can see with my own eyes, and aren't helpful at all. They keeping saying it'll ship today, and I've heard that 5 times already. Never ordering from them again. I just tried to place a new order to see what would happen and discovered the truth: "Reminder: Due to necessary changes at our manufacturing facilities in response to COVID-19, we are experiencing delays in the production of the following items. Production will resume on 9/21/2021. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.”

Horrible website
Do not measure your shades per the website.... Your shades will be too small and the company will not help correct without repurchasing.

No additional mounting options
I ordered over $4000 worth of shades only to find out that Select Blinds offers only 1 mounting option on their website. I have had to make numerous calls to obtain the mounting hardware for my windows. This is just poor website design and customer service. BEWARE before you order.
