It advertises that it will deliver things to custom in about 2 weeks. And I believed it, so I ordered. One month has passed, nothing happened. So frustrated. One of the worst online shopping experiences. I would never ever shop here any more.
The full story it long.
1. I moved to a new place, basically I got a month to install window treatment. Handy man will come back in a month to fix scratches. So I thought select blind would be OK. I was wrong obviously.
2. I checked on online status multiple times. It says in production.
3. I did online chat. They told me it was delay, but would ship on 11/5.
4. Online chat again, I got told it was shipped already.
5. Online chat again, I got told it was not shipped and it was on backorder. (What the hell).
