Bad new contact policy
I’ve been a customer for many years. Great product which I’ve recommended to many people. Select blinds has changed their customer service to text and email only. Text contact is not knowledgeable or competent. That’s a huge problem. I’ve ordered many many blinds from this company and have always been happy…until now. This willlikely be the end of my ordering from them, and the end of my recommending to others.

Super slow. Ordered one month ago, not shipped yet.
It advertises that it will deliver things to custom in about 2 weeks. And I believed it, so I ordered. One month has passed, nothing happened. So frustrated. One of the worst online shopping experiences. I would never ever shop here any more. The full story it long. 1. I moved to a new place, basically I got a month to install window treatment. Handy man will come back in a month to fix scratches. So I thought select blind would be OK. I was wrong obviously. 2. I checked on online status multiple times. It says in production. 3. I did online chat. They told me it was delay, but would ship on 11/5. 4. Online chat again, I got told it was shipped already. 5. Online chat again, I got told it was not shipped and it was on backorder. (What the hell).

Awful customer service
Was sent the wrong size blinds. All I wanted to do was send them back in for the right size and didn’t even want any money back. Instead, they wouldn’t do that since they’re “custom made”. They want me to keep the wrong size blinds and pay an extra $118.00 to get the right size blinds sent in and couldn’t even ship them for 8 days. This was all after I already paid almost $200.00 for the wrong size. Never will I ever do business with them again & you shouldn’t either!!

We're sorry to see the blinds didn't fit in your window. Per the discussion with our team, the blinds were ordered at the incorrect size on your end (looks like you're trying to add 4" to the width and height).

Classic roman shades interior mount
Terrible experience but its all my fault of course for not reading the fine print and knowing to add in the extra inch in the self measuring. That makes perfect sense. That and how you deceptively hide the details about the guaranteed fit program. Thats dishonest.
