The fit, finish, ease of installation, and quality of the blinds we received were great. Almost everything about the experience is 5-star. Only problem is the rails on the blinds we ordered show white on the website. What we received was grey. Selectblinds insists that the grey is color matched to the shade and is correct. That might be what they produce as standard, but the website shows white rails, we ordered white rails, and we expected white rails. Aesthetically the grey just doesn't work. After a lot of back and forth with customer service we have no options other than having blinds that do not match our decor. Not even the offer of a discount to purchase completely new blinds. The website misrepresented product to a customer and Selectblinds basically said it's not their problem. Selectblinds - fix your product representation on your website or give your customers some remedy when you take their money and don't deliver what was promised. I'd rank higher because everything else about the site was great. But misleading your customers is a big one.

Thank you for your feedback. Computer monitor colors and lighting conditions in your home will affect how a blind's color looks (similar to wall paint).
