The products are nice customer support is good but very difficult to get a hold of a rap in addition they never called me back when I needed additional support

The mini blinds I ordered were perfect, but I ruined the valance in bending the ends back and ordered a replacement valance, with measurements and configuration given for the new slats. When it arrived, the front measurement was correct, but it lacked the folded-back ends. I have requested another replacement.

I've placed two orders with Select blinds in the last few years for two different houses. My favorite are the faux wood. The quality surpasses any other blinds from departments stores for the price.

I have made four purchases at Select Blinds. First one had problems and they fixed them right away. Second and third had no issues. Fourth one had more problems, and although I have contacted Select Blinds FOUR TIMES, I am getting neither answers nor assistance. The product is a bit shabby, clunky, and doesn't fit like the other Select Blinds we have for the SAME WINDOWS!
