I purchased these blinds early Dec. 17 had them delivered late in December all the All the Staff were GREAT. The COLOR on the site compared to what you get is FAR< FAR< FAR OFF. and since you ordered them not much of an offer> look before you order.{ Request a sample before you buy on line colors are far from true.}

I am more that a little miffed that the blinds I bought a couple of weeks ago are now on sale at a lot less. Do I get a refund or credit for the difference?

My first order the kitchen window has dents witch I managed to straimgten out to make it work. The measurement cuts are perfect. I am happy with the product overall but the date that they give you for delivery is not updated.

Two orders in a row you have shipped earlier than projected which is great . But somewhere your process fails to update the status . My last order projected shipment 12/10/15 but actually shipped 12/2/15 . The funny thing is that the status finally showed shipped about 12/7/15 and I still don't have tracking numbers .
