We just received our blinds this last week ending 08/16. We are a little disappointed because we bought blinds for our entire brand new house and we went to install and we are missing some clips for hanging them. We called to let them know and they said they would over night them and it has been 2 days now and still no clips. We don't want to be a pest but when they say they will over night and you've waited 2 days going on 3 and still not here is very disappointing. We did love how easy it was to order and the customer service was great when we ordered the blinds but it's just a little disheartening when you are so excited to get your blinds and they show up missing pieces and who knows when they will show up.

I would definitely give 4 stars, but the valance look tacky b/c the ends are not completed. So will rethink using blinds with valances.

I love the quality of the blinds, but I ordered the color “sand” & there was no noticeable difference in comparison to the white side, so that is very disappointing!!
