Requirements not fully made clear
When ordering a motorized blind it should NOT have an option to choose NO REMOTE.

Shutter order
Website was a great experience to create order. However after order, a few recommendations were made but trying to get clarification from the customer support has been a nightmare. One can’t speak directly to the designer/specialist but sales folks who have no idea of the details. Put you on hold to go to and fro with the specialist but can’t answer simple technical questions. I am a week down from when order was placed on hold to clarify recommendation. Giving it another 48 hours in the hope that it will be resolved. Otherwise cancelling the order.

Good quality, easy to measure and install—but read carefully!
We ordered cordless blinds and they’re great, but I was swayed by the picture of the version we used rather than looking carefully at the options to realize we needed to pay more for the top up option shown in the photo. That feels somewhat sleazy, but otherwise we were pleased with the product and ease of ordering.

Double and Triple check your measurements
I have placed two orders and have found that when adding the dimensions, the measurement box is difficult to read and turned into a $250 error. My bad for not double-checking the confirmation email. I'm happy with the products that were correct.
