All of our blinds we ordered from Select blinds were perfect, except the natural colored blnds. The faux color doesn't really match and open/shut control is on wrong side of blinds. We should have ordered more custom ones like the three 2-1/2" white ones for our den. Guess we should have sent for samples. But because our first order was awesome, we were anxious to finish our new house in all new blinds. LOVE the quality!

Ordered the blinds after searching locally and on line. The web site was easy to follow and reviews were good or great. Took measurement, selected color and ordered blinds. They arrived promptly, were easy to install and color looked great in both rooms. My wife was a little concerned that the blinds didn't "touch" the window sill, but they did relax a little. I would order from them again.

while my shades were just right for color and quality, I had ordered 88 inch wides and one of them was only 87 so the installation had to be adjusted . Should have measured BOTH shades before the installation.

I recently ordered blinds that had the "no-holes privacy" option. Sounded like a good feature. Not really! The individual slats on the blinds do not stay in place when opening and closing the blinds. This is especially noticeable when the slats are in the "up" position. The slats needed to be repositioned---this happened every time I opened the blinds! Had I known this would happen, I never would have ordered the blinds with this option! Please caution customers about this so that they can make a better and more informed decision before choosing this option. When I called to complain about the "no-holes privacy" option, I was advised to return the blinds and order blinds without that option. I am returning the blinds and have ordered the "standard" strung blinds. I think I'll be able to live with the tiny holes better than the shifting slats.
