The only reason this is not a 5-star rating is because the delivery is a little slower than other similar product web sites.

We had a problem with the valance for a 3 window valance. It came in too short. We called and they ask us to take a picture of the length and email to them. They did make it right and we received a new valance to fit the window. We are very pleased with the valance and blinds, but did have to call several times to follow up. We were told that someone would call us back and no one ever called. But overall we are pleased with the sevice and blinds.

all was handled in a quick manner. However, 3 of the blinds were not the correct size I ordered. Select blinds handled this in an efficient way and I had the blinds in pretty6 quick order. Just love them. They are exactly as described. Thank You to Select Blinds
