I recently made two orders of a mixture of cellular shades, 2 black out cordless, 5 light filter cordless, and 3 light filter cordless top down bottom up. For the quality of the blind they were excellent, easy to install and I was extremely happy. The first order came in very quickly, the 3 top/bottom and the 2 blackout, no issues at all very very satisfied. A few days later the second order came in, or so I thought, one box was correct, but the other 2 boxes of 4 light filter cordless had my name and paperwork in them but it was obviously the wrong shipment. I called your number and had a very helpful CR person, but sadly the factory was closed and the next day she was off. She told us she would note it on my account and leave a message for someone to follow up the next day to remedy this. She told me that it seemed there was a wrong label put on my shades and these were supposed to go to MA and think mine went there. The next day I did not get a call and when I called late in the day the person who I talked to was baffled so it was like starting over. She told me she would call again but did not. This was then a Friday, the first CR rep called back Monday to check to see if things were cleared up, emailed, and when I talked to her she was very helpful. She then had the blinds I had picked up and direct sent to MA and mine that were there sent to VT to me. I was overall happy, only complaint would be listed below to offer a discount on this or the next order.
