I have bought these blinds for my personal home, my office building and now for a rental unit. I love them. I've had only 2 break in 7 years of use (My hubby is not very gentile!). They are perfect fits, and the quality and look are fabulous. (I get the cheapest 2" faux wood blinds).

I went through quite a bit with the live web help, even sending pictures with a measuring tape from back wall to front of valance. But the side returns are still too short, even after they sent me longer ones. I gave up and just lived with it.

THE BLINDS I ORDERED CAME QUICKLY AND WERE EXACTLY THEPROPER SIZE. HOWEVER THERE ERE NO WANDS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE FOR ANY OF THE THREE UNITS. THEY SENT THEM RIGHT AWAY AFTER I REPORTED IT HOWEVER. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCT.
