We purchased shades and blinds for our new home and have been pleased with the customer service we received, particularly with one shade needing to be replaced due to a defect. The return was handled via online chatting with Erica, one of their Customer Service people who handled our request courteously and thoroughly with no hassle. We had our replacement shade within 2 weeks. I'm glad we chose Select Blinds and would use them again.

i received internet VRT vanes silk white 20 louvers and they are all the wrong length. please tell me where to return them. i am sure they will help me return them and this is the first time this has happened. jergejoyce@gmail.com

The price was great. The quality seems great. And they are very pretty. However, the size when delivered was an issue. When I ordered it did ask for an"inside window" measurement. Mine was 65 1/2. It asked for inside or outside attachment. I said outside, assuming inches would be added to make it wide enough. When they arrived, they were for an inside mount. I assumed that the width would be a little less than the exactly size in order to accommodate imperfect windows and the brackets. The size was exactly the same as the inside measurement. It was not possible to install as purchased. My builder had to cut off 1/4 inch to accommodate the size of the opening.

First-time buyer experience: Instructions great online, service was prompt, quality of product is excellent. We have a lot of windows in need of new treatments, so we tried just a few to be sure we were happy with products and service. When we went to re-order three more blinds within a week of receiving the first order (exactly the same as one of our "test" orders), the price had doubled, and no longer in our budget. Somehow, it seems our original price should have been honored within that time frame.
